What about people who have experience but not a STEM degree? I have a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work...but have been a contractor then civil service AF since 01/2017.

Hey Kendra- great question. Majority of our roles are specific in the STEM degree requirements- however we do have some roles that look for experience instead.
