• Developing others as you mature to a trainer and leader.

• Supporting engineering problem solving projects

• Creating best practices and selling others on those practices through our employee suggestion program

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous manufacturing experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Lean Training

• Kaizen experience

• Previous PIV/forklift experience

• Grinding or extruding experience in a manufacturing setting

• Twin screw experiences are a huge plus.
