ransports materials, containers, and equipment

• Operates lift trucks, transports materials, containers, and equipment

• Disassembles and cleans equipment such as pumps, filter, mixers, grinders, etc., and reassembles

• Drains and packages materials into suitable containers

• Assembles and packs materials for final shipment

• Runs chemical mixing equipment and physical operations

• Operates pressure vessels, controls basic mechanical operations independently

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

• One (1) year of work history in a private, public, government or military environment

• Work 12 hour rotating shifts to include weekends and holidays as well as working overtime as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience operating a forklift

• Experience within a warehouse environment

• Cordova, IL

May include up to 5% domestic

The starting rate of pay for this position is $28.09 with the potential to reach $37.76. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
