The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Inventory Analyst for Supply Chain at the UK Distribution Centre based in Rugby, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads inventory management and supplier inventory reviews

• Identifies and implements improvement opportunities with stock control

• Determines stock counting, hazardous stock levels, space management

• Supports supplier corrective action, Sarbanes Oxley reporting, product destruction control, problem inventory management

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Degree level education or equivalent experience

• Previous experience of working in Inventory Management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Project management, Prioritisation, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills

Role location

• Warehouse site location - Rugby, Warwickshire

• Work location - Work Your Way - flexible Hybrid model with option to work remotely up to 4 days per week

• Remuneration details - £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package
