The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As Kitting & Converting Planner in South Africa you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the company's business objectives by impacting product availability based on product mix and customer requirements.

• Understanding customer demand/orders and planning/scheduling them to the manufacturing shop floor.

• Interfacing with essential resources with emphasis on problem solving, error prevention and improvement of operating systems and procedures.

• Interacting with warehouse (LEX), production (MTD), COE Planning (SNP) and global supply chain personnel.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Technical or Economy University Degree

• Minimum 1 year of Supply Chain experience

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Good knowledge/experience of Excel is preferred.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation: is not authorized for this position
