• Troubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and electrical components.

• Maintain a safe work environment

• Perform housekeeping tasks

• Operation of electrical meters shop equipment and portable power tools

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher

• Possess a Two (2) year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, OR five (5) years' experience in Maintenance

• Controllers, PLCs, Robotics, Servo Controls, and various industrial control systems

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Direct experience with manufacturing equipment

• Proven skill level in working with equipment manuals, prints, and charts

• Good written and oral communications skills

Travel: Not required.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
