Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferably on Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

• Basic skills in quality testing, piping, mechanical and electrical drawing understanding, CAD, metallurgy

• Good knowledge of English language

• Knowledge of EHS principles

• Team working abilities

• Problem solving and proactivity

• Results oriented

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project management capabilities

• Time and priority management, handling different activities in parallel

• SAP knowledge

• Non Destructive controls

• Energy Management, Sustainability improvements

Location:

• Grassobbio and Marcallo plants located in Bergamo and Milan West area respectively

• The role is mostly Office based and on field but is eligible to "Work Your Way" (smartworking program)

Travel: May include regular weekly domestic travel between Plant in planned day on the week and on demand depending on the needs and project prioritizations
