    Position summary

    nboarded Channel Partners.

    • Compare total POS business reported by channel partners to direct sales from 3M to the channel partners. Escalate to Senior Sales Ops Analyst when necessary.

    • Monitor transmissions of data from Tier 2 3M Subsidiaries channel partners and course any failure points to country Sales Ops. Escalate delinquencies to the Senior Sales Ops Analyst.

    • Use POS software to match customer details reported in POS to customers in 3M's Customer Master. Send a request to Data Steward when new end customers are identified for account maintenance or possible account creation

    • Use POS software to match products reported in POS to products in 3M's Product Master.

    • Use POS software to harmonize prices and unit of measures reported in POS with 3M information

    • Understand and enforce POS data confidentiality and security rules. Conduct training on POS compliance.

    • Help in transitioning processes from the country to GSC.

    • Responsible in reporting to stakeholders during the bi-weekly cadence.

    • Help train newly onboarded Sales Ops Analysts.

    • Handle process related inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course.

    • At least 2 years of experience related to Sales Operations.

    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

    • Highly customer service and quality-oriented mindset

    • Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Continuous improvement mindset

    • Advanced knowledge on MS Office;

    • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload;

    • Team oriented person who can focus on the details and ability to multitask

    • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, POS platforms such as Vistex is an advantage

    • Stable internet connection

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge in Salesforce, SAP, POS platforms such as Vistex

    • Knowledgeable in PowerBI and other reporting tools
