Technical Engineering Manager

S initiatives and leadership throughout the technical team

• Developing the technical roadmap aligned to the key business objectives

• Driving yield and productivity results to lower unit costs

• Deploying capital projects and deliver AFE commitments

• Leading Manufacturing Engineering Team as they support key supply chains for 3M

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

• Ten (10) years of Engineering experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Demonstrated strong leadership ability, history of leading high-performance teams and managing others

• Expertise with the most current theories and practices in plant engineering controls and technology as well as overall operations optimization.

• Experience with new product introductions, plant expansions, equipment start-up & qualifications, and process/OEE optimization

• Knowledge and certification in Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Is authorized within country per 3M relocation policy

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $155,615 - $190,196, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
