    The Impact You'll Make in this Role

    As a regional Treasury Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will collaborate closely with the APAC Treasury Ops Lead and other team members to drive efficiency and accuracy in treasury processes, effective cash management, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with Treasury policies and respective regulations. Here, you will make an impact by:

    • Monitoring and analyzing daily cash positions, manage cash flow, and forecast short-term liquidity requirements; helping facilitate periodic reviews of repatriation opportunities

    • Executing Treasury related payment activities, including wire transfers, electronic funds transfers, intercompany loan/deposits settlements, and other treasury transactions

    • Familiarity with APAC payment systems, formats, and standards for seamless cash flow management and payments processing

    • Understanding local banking regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting requirements, and internal controls

    • Assist in the preparation of treasury-related reports and presentations for senior management

    • Maintaining regional treasury operations, including 90-day rolling cash forecasts, daily cash positioning & management, settlements/confirmations for various FX and investments financial market instruments, intercompany netting, bank account management, etc.

    • Leveraging knowledge of treasury technology & systems (such as Kyriba, SAP, SWIFT, FXAll, Power BI, etc.) to automate and improve current operations, decision-making, and supporting implementation of a new Treasury Management System

    • Maintaining bank accounts documentation and signatories as needed

    • Partnering with business functions to provide proactive finance guidance to influence business thinking related to cash management, financial instruments, and banking strategies

    • Participating (both as a team member and a leader) in global Treasury change management projects across cash management and banking, partnering with related stakeholders and organizations (both internal and external) where applicable and preparing Treasury dashboards and reports; partnering with other treasury / finance areas to support closing cycles

    Your Skills and Expertise

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or higher

    • Significant treasury experience in a private, public, government or military environment

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or equivalent

    • Strong understanding of cash management, pooling structures, financial risk management, and treasury operations

    • International Treasury operations knowledge including In-House Banking models, pooling, cross functional settlements, and analysis of financial market transactions

    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment

    • Able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs

    • Experience identifying opportunities for process, system or other changes and successfully implementing these changes

    • Experience leading initiatives and contributing on cross-functional global teams

    Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid within Ireland)

    Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
