The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Operating powered industrial vehicles to ensure continuous production.

• Assemble, verify, and move in house orders/shipments across site.

• Supporting production areas with waste streams.

• Loading and unloading of vehicles.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Comfortable working various shifts in line with production demands (typically alternating a 3-shift pattern of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am).

• Frequent physical tasks, including lifting up to 25kg as well as frequently standing/sitting/squatting

• Good verbal communication skills

• Able to work in a compliant and safe manner

• Able to work overtime if required (Including Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include.

• Proven experience in a warehouse role

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Valid/Certified PIV Licenses

• Good SAP knowledge

Role Location: 3M Aycliffe site (on-site role)

Ideal candidate location: Within commutable distance of 3M Aycliffe site
