Follow up on the business plans of the Global Segment Managers in each country, supervising the reporting and management of marketing and sales (M&S) activities.
Provides regular reports of the area sales and training activities.
Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
Requests the sales forecast of assigned countries for production planning.
Your background
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
5 or more years of experience working in similar positions.
Knowledge of automation (PLC) and Drives.
Experience working with distribution channels.
Knowledge of varied market segments (Water, F&B, Mining, Cellulose, Oil & Gas, Metals, among others).
Availability to travel (40% travel, 60% office/remote)
Resilient, leader by example, collaborative, customer and results oriented, solid negotiation skills, outside-the-box thinking (creative, flexible and adaptable).
Intermediate-advanced English level (conversational), and Spanish (fluent).
Desirable intermediate level of Portuguese
