Your responsibilities
Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, and producing reports and presentations for business leaders.
Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager.
Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Drafting business communication, ensuring knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes and procedures.
Helping the manager and communications/marketing team to arrange business-critical events, including travel arrangements as well as booking venues and catering.
Your background
Bachelor's Degree in Administration or similar career.
3 years of experience working as assistant or communication specialist.
Good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Canva, Canva Video and Adobe Photoshop.
Direct managers events management.
Manage HR and HSE internal communication.
Agenda management and billing process.
Experience working with SAP and Concour is desirable.
Advanced English level.
Teamwork, proactive and good communication skills.
