This position reports to
Operations Manager
Your responsibilities
Leading the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources, and financials.
Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
Your background
2+ year of experience working in Projects, acting as Project/Site manager, Project/Site leader, etc.
A previous experience in the Automotive industry is a value add.
Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Experience working with MS Project is a plus.
Availability of travel is a must. Valid visa and passport are desirable.
Fluent English is a must.
