    Position summary

    ce Framework (e.g. policies and procedures, authorization tables). Plan, coordinate and perform balance sheet reviews across PA Divisions, to ensure the company's financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Work closely with the business finance teams to identify and analyze variances, investigate discrepancies, and provide recommendations to improve financial controls and processes. Support the development and implementation of the ESG assurance frameworks, methodologies, and controls. Participate in Global Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls initiatives and projects as well as specific PA Business initiatives (e.g. M&A activities); this could also include the assignment as IC Manager for a PA Division or PA Lead Country. Collaborating with Integrity investigation team on internal control due diligence support.     Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is preferred. Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and / or sustainability (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB) is highly desirable.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in internal controls, audit or risk areas, with solid understanding of internal controls methodology and finance & accounting principles (preferably US GAAP)
    • Good business knowledge and working experience in the areas of process improvements as well as strong project management skills.
    • Sound knowledge of ESG framework, standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting guidelines.
    • Experience with new technologies and good command over analytics tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI etc.) is a plus.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and achieve objectives, as well as to work independently.
    • Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Also, strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Fluent in English language (spoken and written);
