Customer Support Specialist - Spare Parts Specialist

Qualifications for the role

• Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
• An agile and proactive approach, with quick learning abilities and attention to details.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
