    Position summary

    cute service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You must take on-call service according customer contracts, at least one complete week every three weeks. During the week of on-call service, 24h total availability to go home customer to solve the problems.

    Service Team Leader
    Your responsibilities

    • Performance service tasks like commissioning and preventive and corrective maintenance of AC&DC Drives and Control systems.

    • Take on-call service according customer contracts, at least one complete week every three weeks. During the week of on-call service, 24h availability to travel and attend customer's corrective maintenance.

    • Adapt work time to customer needs, that means to work when required extra hours during weekends or public holidays.

    • Willingness to travel (~60% -80% ): for commissioning and service activities, mainly domestic travels.

    • Interacting and collaborating with project managers, sales, customers, and engineering peers across multiple locations.

    • Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.

    • Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

    • Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods.

    Your background

    • CFGS or University studies (Electricity, Electronic or Automation) and more than 2 years in jobs like: commissioning, maintenance, technical assistance.

    • Safe and ethical leadership attitude; good understanding of functional safety standards and project practices.

    • Spoken and written Spanish native or high level.

    • Good command of English, additional language skills are welcome.

    • Leadership and Initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Available to travel and adjust working hours.

    • Own car and valid driving license for Spain are required.
