    Position summary

    ustomer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and

    • expectation(s)

    • Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating

    • service work timeline and expectations.

    • Performing field service tasks, identifies technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site

    • activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform

    • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are

    • available and of appropriate quality for service activities

    • Planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensures the job is done on time and as per quality standards

    • Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working

    • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requests proactive corrective actions, and makes

    • recommendations to avoid such issues in the future

    • Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative

    Your background

    • Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

    • 3+ years working experience in electrification

    • Class C Industrial/Commercial Wiring Certificates or above preferred (丙種工業/室內配線佳)

    • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (Chinese) and English

    • English score over TOEIC 550
