    Position summary

    ication division. You will be mainly accountable for: Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points. Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.
    Qualifications for the role

    • You highly skilled in 3 phase electrical work
    • Ability to demonstrate your experience in customer service and working in a customer facing role as jobs will be completed at customer facilities
    • Possess an enhanced knowledge of UPS Systems and PDU systems
    • You are at ease communicating in English
    • You are able to United States without VISA/work permit
