work, using the appropriate IT tools. - Obtains the customer's signature on site. - On-call duty (telephone and on-site) for service contracts. - Operationally supervises subcontractors on the customer site: ✓ Organizes and allocates on-site activities (ABB and/or subcontractors). ✓ Supervises the quality of assignments carried out. ✓ Issues work, quality, safety and environmental instructions - Together with the customer, identifies new opportunities for ABB and communicates this information to internal teams (sales representatives, account managers). Installation/Commissioning/Maintenance/Training: - Carry out installation and commissioning in accordance with the requirements of the order, in particu-lar deadlines. - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. - Carries out practical training of equipment on customer site, if required. Service contracts: - Within the framework of annual service contracts, carries out scheduled checks, determines mainte-nance requirements and any repairs required. - In the event of a technical fault, performs a technical diagnosis and repairs the fault to restore the correct operating mode, notably by replacing defective parts or equipment, either by telephone with the customer remotely, or at the customer's site, according to the requirements of the mission order, notably deadlines.
