You are driving innovations and solutions based on market requirements by managing the global HMI product portfolio consisting out of Industrial PCs, Panel PCs, Panels, customized solutions and a variety of Software solutions Main stakeholders for our Global Product Group Manager would be both externally and internally across our organization among senior leaders within R&D, Operations, Sales and other. You will be mainly accountable for: • Portfolio Leadership: Direct the HMI Product Group's portfolio strategy to achieve and sustain revenue targets, overseeing product development, market positioning, and pricing to meet growth targets. • Global Strategy Execution: Lead end-to-end business management, from innovation and product adaptation to operational performance, ensuring alignment with ABB's culture and standards. • Product Development: Lead multidisciplinary research and product development teams to ensure clear prioritization between stable roadmap execution and agile reaction to changed market and customer requirements • External Partnerships & Sales Enablement: Establish international partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders, and collaborate with global sales to drive planning, pricing, and contract management. • Team Leadership & Growth: Build and inspire an interdisciplinary team consisting of +100 Hardware and Software Developers, Product Managers and Quality Engineers promoting an inclusive culture that encourages high performance, agility, and continuous development.
