HR Generalist

and makes recommendations regarding corrective action. - Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. - Conducts recruitment effort to all non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places job postings. - Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. - Must maintain confidentiality, and interact, communicate, and work effectively with all plant employees and visitors, and be responsible and self-motivated to complete assigned duties accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience (including some payroll background)
• PHR/SHRM-CP certified preferred
• Experience working in a distribution/warehouse setting a plus
• Workday (or similar HCM) experience a plus
• Kronos (or similar timekeeping system) experience a plus
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
