    Position summary

    pates in all relationships, activities, decision making, programs, etc. related to direct labor employees.

    • Provides help and support to Production Leaders in the development and implementation of improvement programs and systems, also on issues related to direct work.

    • Develops other tasks that are required and/or assigned.

    • In addition, follows the established Safety and Hygiene rules, keeping your work area clean and tidy, as well as following up on the company's Integrity standards/policies and the Internal Work Regulations. Performs other unlisted work-related tasks. Follow verbal and/or written instructions.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related careers.

    • Five years of experience working in similar positions.

    • Good knowledge in Mexican labor Law.

    • Knowledge in Payroll.

    • Experience working with labor union.

    • Experience working with some ERP as Workday is preferable.,

    • Advanced English level.

    • Collaborate and decision making skills.
