We are now looking for a professional who is able to take the position of HREX IS Manager Architecture Integration Lead. This role is crucial in the Technology dimension of the HREX Organization as it holds responsibility to manage and govern the architecture of all integrations that are used in and for HREX Organization. In this role you will have to collaborate with other Integration Managers and Architects, Solution Architects and IS Domain Architect to safeguard the integration space, enable smooth delivery of IS services and co-create technology roadmap. This role will closely collaborate with HR Architect and Integration Lead. You will be mainly accountable for: The IT Integration Architect will oversee the architecture and integration landscape within the HREX Organization, ensuring ongoing delivery, smooth transitions, continuous improvement, and alignment with HREX strategy. This role will lead and support in the process of designing and implementing solutions, facilitate architecture decisions, and provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversees the architecture integration landscape within the HREX Organization, ensuring transparent governance and continuous improvement. • Ensures smooth transitions and addresses implications, playing a key role in issue resolution within the integration landscape. • Defines and reviews target architecture and IS roadmap, facilitating planning, governance, and the effective use of digital technology within the HR Experience Organization. • Facilitates architecture options analysis and decisions (through governed meetings), ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with the HREX technology roadmap. • Collaborates with Integration Managers, Architects, and Solution Architects to ensure smooth and aligned integrations. • Produces and maintains high-level domain architecture artifacts for communication purposes and manages architecture repositories. • Provides subject matter expertise to IT delivery teams and other parties throughout the project lifecycle, including investigating non-IT dimensions of solutions and executing actions in IS processes according to agreed specifications • Assesses, reviews, and tests technical impacts (especially integrations) before implementing changes across the HR Experience Organization. • Supports the IS Domain Architect in holistic architectural design and the development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of platforms and solutions. • Responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies. Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we'll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.
Qualifications for the role
10+ years of experience in IS area.
Proven experience in a similar role, like Solution Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect.
Good knowledge from the following fields: system designs, system integrations technologies, data management, cloud and API management, cybersecurity and compliance.
Ability and experience to work with tools like: integration platforms and tools and middleware, architecture documentation, monitoring tools, software development, etc. ABB standard toolset applies.
Certificates that can prove your experience and knowledge like TOGAF, Certified Integration Professional (CIP), Certified Solutions Architect (CSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Integration and Security (MCSE:I&S) are nice to have
Proven experience (min. 3 years) in managing external vendors in the managed services model
Experience in managing teams of experts and SMEs.
ITIL certification required.
Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience in managing global teams.
Effective communication and influencing skills
Previous experience in process Improvement & Optimization.
Leadership and Collaboration.
Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
