IS Security Specialist for Email Security

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse email traffic for potential security threats, including phishing and spam

• Manage and maintain email security solution on a day-to-day bases

• Work on user requests pertaining to making changes on the email security tool

• Collaborate with OEM, IT and Security Architecture teams to implement and maintain email security protocols

• Provide inputs on messaging initiatives, maintain email security infrastructure, and deploy security controls to manage and mitigate risks

• Secure email systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access

• Stay current with emerging security threats and trends and adapt security measures accordingly

• Create and maintain documentation for security procedures and protocols

Your background

• Master's/bachelor's degree in information management/ Engineering, computer systems, business engineering or similar

• Fluent spoken and written English

• 5+ years of experience where minimum 2 years in leading Proofpoint or similar technologies technology operations

• An ITIL 4 Certification or any email security certification (Preferably Proofpoint) is a plus
