    Position summary

Conducting practical and theoretical training for trainees Creating training documents, training plans and training modules Imparting knowledge and skills in accordance with the training regulations and internal training plan and carrying out performance assessments of trainees. Supporting trainees in preparing for exams and in company and external projects Supporting trainees in the development of technical, methodological and social skills Collaboration with the cooperating companies, vocational schools and the relevant IHKs Preparing and implementing new teaching and learning concepts in relation to digitalization
    Qualifications for the role

    • Completed studies in IT or comparable completed training in an IT-related field
    • Several years of professional experience in an IT-related field, ideally in vocational training
    • Enthusiasm for working with trainees as well as pedagogical, didactic and methodological skills and competencies
    • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as service and customer orientation
    • Business fluent in German and very good written and spoken English skills
    • Independent and self-reliant way of working and willingness to learn
