Key Account Manager

he role is Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Houston, TX. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions. • Understanding the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer's business and business environment, translating them into the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB. • Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer. • Defining sales targets, giving input on market price developments monitoring competitors' activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are implemented. Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors of Science degree, preferably business related
• At least 5 years of relative experience in account sales and/or business development
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
• Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
• Leadership experience in sales, engineering and operational projects would be a plus
• Experience in strategic and operational planning.
• Up to 35% domestic travel required
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $74,900 and $139,100 annually and is bonus eligible. myBenefitsABB.com
