    Position summary

    f the Digital Product Manager will be linked to the evolution of Digital Products & Tools, contributing to the definition and evolution of strategy, roadmap, and development, including marketing plans and communication plans, training, and sales initiatives to increase internal and external awareness of out portfolio. Location: TBD Global
    Your responsibilities

    • Identifying potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity.

    • Leading market intelligence analysis and the life cycle management process.

    • Owning the technical and market specification for the offering and defines product roadmap, priorities and product releases.

    • Collaborating with R&D teams for the evolvement of the product portfolio and act as interface between external market and internal functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, and Research & Development).

    • Managing different channel to market scenarios in coordination with channel partners and Marketing & Sales to ensure best market coverage.

    • Definning product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensures clear communication to channels and user.

    • Collaborating with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives.

    Your background

    • 8+ years of industry experience with relevant experience in MOM/MES, Digital/SW, Sound knowledge of Digital Business Models and the Software Industry and deep understanding of Customer engagement.

    • Degree in Engineering (Computer science, electrical or equivalent).

    • Ability to get results in a global business through influence and collaboration.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Good exposure to latest trends on Digital, Industry 4.0 and innovative business models.

    • Ability to handle ambiguity and be a fast learner.

    • Start-up approach, corporate culture, passion for customers, quality, and technology, comfortable around ambiguity and curious of testing new products.

    • Capability to setup product roadmap and ability to team up with horizontal team, to coach and develop young resources and to discuss with senior leader within and outside ABB.

    • Fluency in English. Any additional language will be advantageous.
