Power Platform Business Analyst/Subject matter expert

Your responsibilities

• Involving and proactively supporting the configuration, management, maintenance, and optimization of the power platform service for their own area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to IS services

• Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities and reviewing requirements and specifications and identifies those that require action within their scope of responsibility

• Installing and testing new features and investigates and coordinates the escalation of potential and actual service problems and preparing and maintaining operational documentation for the service and advises on the correct and effective use of the services

• Delivering (when involved) the IS solution or service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget, and as per quality standards and diagnosing faults and records and reports the results of tests

• Engaging proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance and implements supplier management related service improvement initiatives and programs

• Ensuring adherence to corporate IS policies and procedures, and to internal regulations and external legislation that fall within their own area of responsibility and executing all actions in IS processes for assigned tasks, according to agreed RACI specification(s)

• Providing leadership, guidance, or support to temporary work teams, through advising and monitoring task completion without carrying line responsibility and building awareness and competence as applicable within ABB IS

Your background

• Degree or Master's in relavent field

• At least 5 Years in Enterprise IT, 3 Years in a Power Platform environment

• Knowledge in Systems Development, Process improvement and optimization, Data Analytics Project management IT Management

• Knowledge in Technology service management ITMG, Service level management SLMO, Information management IRMG, Emerging technology monitoring EMRG, Information assurance INAS and Project Management PRMG will be a plus

• Being the Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Page

• Good communication skills
