    Position summary

    ying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.

    • Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.

    • Working with HR Management to ensure that the {area of responsibility} is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

    • Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or related.

    • 5 years of experience working in similar position and 5 years of leadership experience with 30 to 40 unionized personnel.

    • Experience in some industrial or manufacturing engineering role.

    • Lean manufacturing (Green belt knowledge).

    • Interpretation of drawings is a plus.

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment MTO (manufacturing to order) and/or ETO (engineer to order).

    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.

    • Leadership, Problem solving and Results-oriented work.

    • Intermediate level of English.
