Your background
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or related.
5 years of experience working in similar position and 5 years of leadership experience with 30 to 40 unionized personnel.
Experience in some industrial or manufacturing engineering role.
Lean manufacturing (Green belt knowledge).
Interpretation of drawings is a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing environment MTO (manufacturing to order) and/or ETO (engineer to order).
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Leadership, Problem solving and Results-oriented work.
Intermediate level of English.
