    Position summary

    onditions of the project Monitoring of issued orders related to the project, monitoring of on-time delivery, tracking/obtaining data for export abroad Performing Goods Receipts in SAP Support of a project manager with an extended role on SAP projects Close cooperation with the project manager and logistics department Issuance/release of shipments according to technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and project conditions Participation in project logistics, collection of documents from suppliers (safety data sheets, lifting, manipulating instructions, etc.) Issuance of delivery notes, packing notes and other documentation Effective communication of appropriate information to project participants A key point of contact for suppliers, customers, project managers, engineers, buyers and shipping departments
    Qualifications for the role

    • Secondary school/university education (trade/economics/logistics is an advantage)
    • At least 2-3 years of experience with similar work in the field of procurement/projects/purchasing/logistics
    • You speak English at a communicative level (e-mail communication and fluent oral communication are a requirement!)
    • You have previous experience with the SAP ERP system (knowledge of one of the PS, MM or SD modules is an advantage)
    • You have knowledge of Incoterms of delivery terms, logistics, international trade
    • You have an eye for detail
    • You have previous experience with MS Office Excel
    • You don't mind working in a virtual team
