liant products, software, and services are released to the customer. • Measure all process quality with systematically way and analysis those data for continuous quality improvement to meet customer and company target • Take the lead to engage all functional team to promote quality to next level with initiatives for short term and long term plan • Carry out regular audit of production processes and actively follow up on corrective actions implementation with solid plan • Take lead to resolve customer quality issue from the source • Training and qualify operation skill to ensure consistent production quality • Create and regular update quality plan to improve process quality • Handle daily NCR and take lead to work with SCM, IE etc to resolving from source • To maintain & develop the Quality Management System, manage audit activities and follow up gap improvement and closure. • Host the FAT, and collection customer required quality document • Align with SCM team to audit, develop & improve the performance of our vendor for quality, and ownership for supplier corrective and preventive actions validation • Preparation of quality reports for management review and decision making
