    Position summary

    nd celebrates individual differences You will serve as a growth enabler in Process Automation supporting the Energy & Process industries to meet business needs efficiently, effectively, and enhance customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. You will unlock productivity & autonomy for regional and country-level channel managers and front-end sales in a compliant manner as governed by ABB's Legal & Integrity (L&I) policies and procedures. As the Risk Management Leader, your focus will be on safeguarding the company through L&I oversight in Indirect Sales operations. You will work closely with regional channel managers, sales leaders, and various L&I stakeholders to drive L&I and risk management activities across the business line. You will also participate in cross-division and cross-BA initiatives to share best practices and implement new L&I policies & procedures in an effective manner. Be the face, primary point of contact, and owner of L&I initiatives supporting PA's GPB serving the Energy & Process industries. Fine-tune channel class definitions for use in GPB divisions and define risk profiles for each. Drive consistent designation of account channel classification to accurately measure division's exposure to 3rd party sales channels. Operationalize review board for high-risk Partners. Drive compliance with the GPB onboarding process, including standard T&C's, Third Party Management (TPM)-Sell, and contract management through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module in SFDC. Administer proper contract lifecycle management of Channel Partner Agreements via SFDC CLM system including but not limited to enabling electronic signatures of key GPB T&C's (ex: NDA, Channel Partner Agreements), monitoring channel agreement expiration, and manage annual renewal cycle. Enable contract reporting via CLM by extracting relevant commercial terms from each agreement and documenting in CLM Agreement records. Be PA division champion in collaboration with PA's Contract Coordination Committee (CCC) representative to drive enhancement to group-wide Channel Partner Agreement standard and related contractual documents (ex: NDA) where applicable. Drive the PA L&I agenda in cross-BA discussions including sharing / adopting best practices from other channel management organizations where appropriate. Operationalize TPM-Sell for GPB channels via integrity screening & due diligence. Serve as PAEN / PAPI champion for all aspects of TPM-Sell governance including participation in group-wide Governance Committee, Integrity Counsels, inquiries related to US Department of Justice (DOJ) Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), risk monitoring, and process documentation. Drive L&I initiatives beyond TPM to support ABAC, Anti-Trust, & Fair Dealings with Partners. Define, implement, and monitor risk management policies & procedures for the Partner network.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelors or Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Legal, or related fields is preferred but optional.
    • Familiarity and experience with Process Automation offerings.
    • Familiarity and experience with Indirect Sales through 3rd party channels.
    • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies.
    • Proven experience driving cultural change and enhancing a risk-based and integrity-focused mindset across an organization.
    • 5+ years of project management experience is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
    • Experience working remotely with a global team.
    • Willingness to travel internationally if necessary
