    Position summary

    e and analyze different supply plan scenarios and highlight issues / possible risks. Prepare and analyze business KPIs. Prepare inputs: o Supply Chain Model and actual capacities o Unfeasible plan with possible overload or unmet customer demand o Feasible supply scenarios and documented assumptions and issues Lead performance review and share KPIs Review gaps of Production Plan vs. Unconstrained Demand and options to close. Lead conversation to agree on scenarios that will be presented at the S&OP meeting and summarize actions. Prepare input: Supply plan scenario based on level 5 meeting (together with sourcing). Presentation of evaluated constrained supply plan compared to planned capacities of footprint with assumptions and main deviations to demand plan. Identification of opportunities for improvement. Active contribution to internal projects (e.g., in process enhancements). Collect and define requirements for additional reporting & controlling needs. Supporting the Head of Production Planning in all analytical matters.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management & Operations, Controlling, Business Administration or similar discipline.
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Fluent communication skills in German and English language
    • Reliable analytical skills paired with the ability to understand and embrace the complexity of industrial production.
    • Perfect knowledge of production process, production planning and S&OP
    • Excellent background of Operations & Planning KPIs and metrics.
    • Experience with SAP ERP (mainly PP module), production planning software (e.g., PP/DS) or other supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP).
    • Experience with the use of a Production or Supply Chain Control Tower or other analysis-driven software.
    • Knowledge of MS Office with very good knowledge of MS Excel.
