    Sales Account Manager (Energy Industries)

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for sales of Control Systems to Utilities in accordance with strategy.
    • Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
    • Identify and develop sales opportunities.
    • Defines and implements Power Generation, Water, Oil and Gas, Chemical and Refineries segments sales strategy and budget and ensures high-level communication with Utilities in Public Sector
    • Creates leads, finds opportunities in-line with Company’s business strategy, identify risks, prepare Risk Review presentation/database for management approval, prepare & submit offers on time with utmost care and attention.
    • Defines sales targets for the accounts, and ensures they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across the PAEN guidelines and tools
    • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
    • Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
    • Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
    • Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

    Your background

    • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation or similar),
    • Control systems knowledge and min 5 years sales experience in oil &gas, petrochemical, refineries, power generation and water sectors,
    • Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong oral and written communication skills,
    • Good command in English,
    • No travel obstacles.
    • Turkish knowledge is a must
