    Position summary

    g the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion NEMA Motors division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: • Understanding, following and supporting global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio. • Ensuring whether technical solutions can be used across the Product Group's offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent. • Managing the technical specification of the assigned products and supporting the Product Manager in developing the business case on offer developments of projects and cost reduction.     Qualifications for the role

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or technical support of motors

    • Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of electrical motors

    • You are at ease communicating in English in an intermediate-advanced level

    • Have knowledge of customized motor configuration and IEC/NEMA standards is desirable.

    • Have established skills giving training sessions

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or related

    • You are qualified in SAP, Salesforce and MS Office
