    Position summary

    for our talents to grow and unleash their full potential with us. You will be part of the Global HR team which has team members based in different parts of the world, bringing a diverse set of cultures and skills. As Talent and Learning partner, you will be instrumental in executing our Learning and Leadership development, Talent, DE&I and employee engagement strategy aligned with Business needs, to foster a culture of inclusiveness, high performance and impact. You will directly contribute in developing and delivering Learning, Leadership development, Talent and employee engagement programs working closely with the HR team, business stakeholders, internal SME's and external providers.
    Your responsibilities

    • Be responsible for creating needs analysis of skills and capability gaps in the company translating to training and capability building initiatives /programs;

    • Facilitate and oversee the delivery and evaluation of key Learning and Leadership development, Mentoring, Coaching, Talent and DE&I programs globally and locally for all levels, aligning closely with the business strategy;

    • Implement talent roadmap aligned with business needs including initiatives for best-in-class assessments, identification of key talents, succession planning for key positions and talent review processes;

    • Support to establish a culture of growth preparing career development paths and frameworks that enable development and progression across all organizational levels to retain critical skills, talent and potential;

    • Be responsible to analyze the impact of our Learning and development programs on key people metrics. Track user experience and implement improvement of training content, design and experience as per feedback and strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of our Learning/Talent initiatives;

    • Oversee the employee onboarding process including coordination, communication, facilitation and evaluation;

    • Support to foster a culture of feedback and listening in the organization through implementing engagement and organizational health surveys, pulse checks etc. Help managers to develop plans to improve employee engagement based on feedback, through coaching, focus groups, workshops, or other methods:

    • Manage Learners, courses, Learning campaigns and communities across Learning platforms;

    • Implement system enabled processes and bring data insights to continuously enhance and refine our talent, learning and DE&I solutions. Provide reports and metrics using data analytics dashboards;

    • Work closely with internal SMEs and build partnerships with third party providers like Universities/consultancies/coaches to develop best in class course content. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that trainings /services are delivered on time, to budget and produce the desired results. Support vendor management for the Talent and Learning function;

    • Partner with internal stakeholders and collaborate with the rest of the Global HR team for delivering high impact Talent and Learning solutions.

    Your background

    • Proven track record in Learning and development (5+ years) with a deep understanding of Learning and Leadership development, Talent Management, DE&I and employee experience

    • Bachelor or equivalent in business administration/HR/Psychology/Arts

    • Strong Business acumen and experience of working in a global environment

    • Strong experience of developing and facilitating a variety of leadership, soft skills, mentoring, coaching and development training programs- online and in-person including but not limited to use of MS Teams, whiteboard, Mural etc

    • Prior experience in Instructional design/ competence based assessments/ career path creation / employee engagement surveys /DE&I trainings/ Agile methodologies / change management preferred

    • Excellent problem solving , communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

    • Ability to navigate in a complex, fast-paced and diverse environment

    • Project management capability with attention to detail and organizing skills

    • Digital savvy and data driven with proficiency in use of MS office suite and Data analytics applications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English) and possibly in one other European language eg: Italian, Dutch, French, German
