ance partners and demonstrating to clients/prospects our understanding of their business and clients
• Work in conjunction with all relevant roles/segments in sales, operations, finance, legal and marketing to drive and execute alliance programs
• Initiate and coordinate various sales and marketing programs with global strategic partners
• Regularly track and benchmark sales progress/growth with global strategic partners and develop strategies for growth
• Coordinate and participate in prospecting efforts in order to identify sales opportunities through alliance partners
• Develop and on-board new strategic alliance partners and referral partners to drive global payroll opportunities
• Develop new GTM approaches and strategic partnership models to increase ADP's competitive advantage in France and Swizerland

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Strong relationship building with global consulting/HCM transformation partners with high intellectual capabilities

• University degree with 20+ years working experience in Consulting / HCM tranformation / IT services industries
• Global consutling expereince is a plus
• Extensive hands-on pipeline building and partner management experience
• Strong collaboration capability with sales team and other cross functional supporting team virtually & globally
• Strong ability to influence c-Levels
• Strong communication skills in English and French. German is a plus.
• Be able to work in dynamic team environment with challenges
