    Position summary

    mandes ;

    • Prioriser et enregistrer les demandes de service et incidents des Clients ;

    • Résoudre les demandes Clients à partir des fiches solutions ou les orienter vers les équipes adéquates ;

    • Communiquer/suivre l'incident et alerter les équipes concernées selon les SLA ;

    • Valider avec le client et les équipes internes la clôture de l'incident ;

    • Être responsable d'un domaine d'expertise et être l'intermédiaire entre les 2 niveaux d'expertise au sein de l'équipe et les équipes Support ;

    Profil:

    • Maîtriser les fondamentaux : Connaissance de l'entreprise, des Offres, Service Excellence et Compliance

    • Compétences Opérationnelles : Relation Client (engagements réciproques, analyse des besoins et plans d'action, SIRH & processus métiers), Support du niveau 1

    • Compétences transverses : communication, animation d'ateliers, gestion du temps et des priorités, outils bureautiques, anglais souhaité
