RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, to ensure all details are organized and executed effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party organizations to plan/execute key events, including:
Manage tradeshow portable program and relationship with exhibit house
Coordinate invite development process, registration site execution, and on-site operations.
Oversee and work with vendors and sponsors to guarantee all contracted services are delivered as agreed upon.
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, transportation, and staffing, to ensure smooth operations on event days.
Work closely with outside vendors including exhibit house, promo providers, print shops.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement in future events.
Travel as needed to ADP-hosted, in-person events and industry events to manage ADP presence.
Track events and trade show results to provide analysis of programs for effectiveness, ROI and post-event reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
3-5 years of experience planning and executing B2B and/or B2C event strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of current event trends, best practices and buyer needs.
Experience with ROI/financial analysis and lead tracking of events programs.
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
