pport for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification
Ensure that appropriate integration deliverables are kept up to date throughout the project
Proactively inform pertinent stakeholders (e.g., Global Solution Designer, Project Manager, Implementation Management) of any potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project
Actively contribute to after action review/lessons learned on projects to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment, drive quality and client satisfaction
Use SAP and ADP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between HCM systems and SAP ERP
Support communications on methodology and business process improvements within the Implementation teams
Contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Products, templates, tools & processes to aid in workshops and implement efficiently
Provide feedback on the Products, templates, tools, & processes based on client interactions
Experience:
Knowledge of SAP ERP PY and good understanding of Integration Technologies and/or ADP Integration Solutions
Four (4) + years' experience implementing SAP HCM internationally or within global organizations
Exceptional communications skills written and verbal.
Superior prioritization, analytical, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions.
Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending upon task.
Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties.
Comfortable on video presenting to various client audiences.
Hands-on experience with Workday, Oracle or SFSF Integration (preferred).
Certifications / Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in a related field.
Workday, Oracle, or SAP Integration Certification (preferred)
