MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Everyday cooperation with leaders and associates, being the go-to person in all HR matters.
• Provide guidance and input on organizational/cultural changes and succession planning.
• Act as an Advisor to managers and leaders, providing HR guidance when appropriate. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal advisors as needed/required.
• Act as an engagement partner, supporting the organization in the Netherlands with the necessary programs and tools.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Adapt global HR initiatives to fit local needs, ensuring effective implementation into the ADP Netherlands organization.
• Contribute to international HR projects to drive alignment across countries and/or regions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• It is imperative that you are fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Educational background: HRM Bachelor, Labor Law degree is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience as HRBP, resolving complex employee relations issues and having a track record in supporting change management processes and creating highly engaged organizations. Working knowledge of multiple HR practices, including compensation, employee relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent and Performance Management.
• Specific knowledge and skills:
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch labor law.
