Required Experience:
1-3 years of experience in data entry ideally within HR or Finance environment.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
Advantage is VBA programming skills to automate repetitive tasks in Excel.
