    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interview/meet with project and operational stakeholders to document the insights, actions leading to value they seek from analytics/dashboards, as well as detailed requirements, KPIs, reference data, comparatives, visualization requirements, etc.
    • Either alone or in partnership with the Data Leadership team, document the data models needed to support the analytics and dashboards
    • Develop analytic models, and work with various technical teams utilizing standard ETL tools to source data to feed models, and then develop standardized reporting, and dashboard visualizations
    • Provide and report out on data-driven insights to senior leaders, executive, and both project and operational stakeholders
    • Assist in developing visual and UX standards for a consistent user experience across Global Finance dashboards

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (post-graduation from reputed institutes would be preferred)

    • 8-10 years of industry experience in data visualization, data analysis, or a related field with deep focus in BI or data warehousing or any analytics projects

    • Experience in Business Intelligence is mandatory.

    • Experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance in BI or Analytics programs, with at least one end-to-end implementation.

    • Querying and Analyzing data: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets for data exploration as well as troubleshooting for outliers.

    • Ability to analyze and interpret numbers, trends, patterns, and data to develop new conclusions based on the findings.

    • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Experience in data storytelling and creating compelling visual narratives.

    • Domain experience in Corporate Finance/ FP&A would be a plus.

    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with Finance SMEs, technical architects, report development teams, financial analysts, QA teams, and management.

    • Must have the ability to single-handedly communicate requirements/issues/concerns to the end stakeholders.

    • Must have prior exposure to change management /communication/socialization profiles with end user.

    • Must value to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

    • Exposure to transformation projects would be a plus

    Tools Knowledge:

    • Must possess intermediate SQL knowledge in current profile

    • Hands-on proficiency with at least one of the major dashboarding platforms viz. Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is mandatory

    • Familiarity with Python, or other data analysis languages is a plus

    • Knowledge of tools like SmartSheet and Microsoft Project would be highly beneficial.

    • Knowledge of tools for testing like HP ALM & QTP would be a plus

    • Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smart view would be a plus
