Exposure to automation tools and languages like ansible, terraform
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and analysis.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or any equivalent).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to evolve a team from being good to a high performing team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
and practices.
Experience with incident management and response.
Experience in DB engineering skills like SQL would be a plus

DevOps/SRE Manager
We are seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE Manager with a strong foundation in systems engineering, CI/CD pipelines and Release Engineering. Some knowledge and experience on Databases would be a plus. As a manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that your team(s) stay focused, motivated and committed to the DevOps/SRE functions for our SCS Products/Applications. You along-with your team will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps/SRE systems, tools and practices
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective people and process management system and address any systematic issues that may arise on either front.
Conduct in-depth performance reviews and analysis to optimize people performance.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure DevOps/SRE practices are followed and DevOps feedback is a part of Development lifecycle.
