Main tasks:

• Ensuring the quality of PMO services provided while constantly optimizing productivity

• Deep understanding of Payroll processes, project structures and approach, theories and principles in own discipline as well as a growing knowledge of other disciplines in HR to develop own area.

• Champion for the Planview system, including ensuring that the Planview Project Place methodology is applied appropriately and effectively to all projects and answering questions as they arise

• Support the implementation team in the development and continuous improvement of project management tasks that are outsourced to the PMO

• Support strategic planning and other management meetings by providing metrics and statistics

• Submitting suggestions for improvement to management as part of the Steering Committee

Professional requirements:

• Business studies or comparable degree

• Several years of experience in customer care / service

• Several years of experience & proven success in the management and leadership of project teams, including the management of virtual teams using team KPIs

• Good knowledge of human resources management

• Good knowledge in the implementation of (digital) change, transformation & standardization projects
