    Position summary

    Serving as the Product Owner for the AI services layer, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for API and service integration. - Collaborating with business owners and cross functional partners to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Acting as the primary point of contact for all decisions related to the services layer, balancing technical feasibility with business value.

    • Security and Policy Orchestration
      • Defining and overseeing the implementation of security policies and access controls between clients and services.
      • Ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for privacy, data integrity, non-repudiation, and trust.
      • Working closely with security teams to orchestrate authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
    • Regulatory Compliance
      • Ensuring that all systems and processes align with relevant regulatory requirements, including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).
      • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on evolving regulations and incorporate them into system designs.
      • Developing strategies to address privacy, data protection, and consent management requirements.
    • API and Service Integration
      • Partnering with technical teams to design and manage APIs that enable seamless integration of AI capabilities across applications.
      • Ensuring APIs are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
      • Collaborating on API lifecycle management, including versioning, deprecation, and monitoring.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Acting as a liaison between business owners and developers, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and requirements.
      • Facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
      • Translating technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical partners.
    • Strategic Development and Execution
      • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap for the AI services layer, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI initiatives.
      • Finding opportunities to improve system performance, security, and usability.
      • Monitoring and report on the performance of the services layer, using data to inform future decisions.
    • Documentation and Communication
      • Building and maintaining clear, concise documentation for API designs, security policies, regulatory compliance strategies, and orchestration workflows.

      • Providing regular updates to partners on project progress, challenges, and successes.

    We want you to have:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years' experience in digital transformations, and AI model integrations are required.
    • Familiarity with AI applications and capability patterns, and their integration into enterprise systems.
    • Experience working in matrixed environments where collaboration across teams is critical.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a technical or enterprise environment.
    • Strong ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
    • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
    • Strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning, as well as the ability to work independently in an evolving and changing environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions.
    • Experience orchestrating security and policy implementations between clients and services.
    • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and access control frameworks, including privacy and data integrity standards.
    • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).
    • Experience working in environments with strict compliance and security requirements.
    • Working knowledge of API management and orchestration concepts, with a focus on Azure API Management.
    • Ability to understand and synthesize technical concepts into actionable business requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

    The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $116,200.00 - $168,400.00.
