"This is a great place to work. You are treated like an adult and take lead in your role. Altria is great at acknowledging you and your skills and expertise in your field. We have great benefits relating to maternity leave, and soon we will also have benefits that will assist with menopause. I am paid nicely, I am acknowledged for my work, and it is great work/life balance. I will be here until I retire."

"Women are supported at Altria throughout all points during their career. Fairness between candidates for jobs is very apparent, and benefits continue to get better each year. The company is always searching for feedback and benchmarking against other organizations to position us in a better spot."

"The benefits speak for themselves (maternity leave, adoption assistance, surrogacy / infertility assistance, domestic partners recognized for health insurance, dependent care reimbursement, breast milk shipping while traveling for work, and more). In most roles, hours can be flexible to support personal obligations. Multiple women-focused employee resource groups advocate for women's issues daily. I am very happy working here!"
