expertise to consult on test strategy and develop test design parameters to maximize impact of A/B tests
• Developing training and best practice materials to foster a test and learn culture
• Identifying technologies and developing analytic tools to streamline test and learn efforts
• Leveraging insights and dashboards to identify A/B testing opportunities
What we'd like you to have:
• Bachelor's Degree in analytics, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, such as marketing analytics, digital marketing and/or database marketing
• Experience with designing, executing and analyzing A/B tests
• Proficiency with the SQL programming language is required; Python is a plus
• Working knowledge of Adobe marketing suite is preferred (AEM, Target, Campaign, Analytics)
• Effective communication skills to articulate analytical techniques and insights across a variety of audiences
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills

Total Rewards
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $97,900.00 - $142,000.00 / annually.
