trategic Project Leadership**
Lead end-to-end project execution for technically complex consumer product initiatives.
Align project goals with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and engineering standards.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Champion the use of PLM systems (e.g., 3DX) to manage product data and generate actionable insights.
Technical & Engineering Collaboration
Partner with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration of product requirements.
Translate technical specifications into actionable project plans and milestones.
Support design reviews, prototyping phases, and technical risk assessments.
Team & Resource Management
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and quality assurance.
Resolve resource conflicts and optimize team productivity across projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and technical contributors.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks using structured methodologies (e.g., FMEA).
Develop contingency plans for design changes, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory shifts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports with technical and strategic insights.
Act as a liaison between engineering teams and business units to ensure alignment.
Process Optimization & Quality Assurance
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance technical delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate product performance and resolve deviations.
What we want you to have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technical environment.
PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and consumer product development cycles.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, 3DX, Jira, Confluence).
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., tobacco, medical devices, consumer electronics) is preferred.
Familiarity with PLM systems and technical documentation standards is preferred.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $101,800.00 - $147,700.00.
